02 October 2012, Beijing, China - FAO Director-General Graziano da Silva signing a Memorandum of Understanding with China to strengthen cooperation in the country and expand China's participation in FAO's South-South Cooperation programme during his first official visit to Beijing.
The Memorandum of Understanding, signed by the Chinese Minister of Agriculture Han Changfu and FAO Director-General Jose Graziano da Silva, lays out terms and conditions for joint actions and projects over a five-year period.
