03 JULY 2018, NUEVA ECIJA, PHILIPPINES - Ester Toledo, a farm owner and beneficiary of FAO, works around her farm in preparation for the next planting season of the year. Being one of the most vulnerable countries in the world susceptible to the effects of extreme weather condition, the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations in partnership with the Department of Agriculture in the Philippines are working together to conduct rapid assessment measures for farm-lands damaged by disasters.
