13 March 2015, UAE - FAO ICBA - Signing ceremony between FAO and the International Centre for Biosaline Agriculture (IABC). FAO Director-General Jose' Graziano da Silva signed with ICBA Director General Ismahane Elouafi, the partnership agreement aims to strengthen research co-operation between the two organizations to help member countries boost their agricultural productivity and food security by finding solutions to water scarcity in marginal environments.
