20 February 2020, Yupukari - Two large caiman skulls seen at the Yupukari Turtle rescue center. The smaller cayman died when it was hunted by locals for food, the larger caiman was shot when it was felt to present a threat to the local people living along the Rupununi river where it held its territory.
