20 January 2020, Taita, Kenya - Easther Kirigha and her daugther Zainabu is preparing fish vegetables for lunch. The fish is from one of the groups fishing ponds, and the vegetables from their kitchen garden. They are members of Green Rock, a farming group of 14 members, who have been taught on nutrition and the value of a variety of foods. As a result, they each have a kitchen garden for substance use, and also crops that they farm and sell as a group.
