20 September 2022. Hirat, Afghanistan - Zainab, from Deh Shaikh village in Injil District, milks her cow as her grandson looks on. She will use the 200kg of concentrate animal feed to keep it healthy and nourished during winter for a steady supply of milk for her family's use. She will also plant the 50kg of Alfalfa seeds that she received as fresh fodder for her cow. The project is funded by Asian Development Bank.
