24 May 2012, Mao, Chad - FAO Goodwill Ambassador footballer Raul Gonzalez with young fans from a local football school during travels to Chad in support of joint efforts of FAO and the European Commission to help enable the most affected populations of the Sahel crisis feed themselves again. The initiative falls under the "Professional Football against Hunger" campaign developed by FAO and the European Commission in collaboration with the Association of European Professional Football Leagues (EPFL).
