25 November 2011, Madanapalle, India - Water level monitoring being carried out at an observation well to maintain a record of well characteristics. This is undertaken by a Hydrological Unit Network (HUN) which is formed when several GMCs within a given hydrological boundary join together. The findings are then shared with the larger community of farmers within the collective region.
