29 April 2017, Sagana, Kirinyaga county, central Kenya - William Kiarie tosses feed into a pool of breeding goldfish and a variety of Cod at his Green Algae Highland fish farm. Green Algae Highland fish farm is a beneficiary of FAO's Africa Solidarity Trust Fund (ASTF), an innovative fund to improve agriculture and food security across the continent, breeding exotic and indigenous species of Tilapia and Catfish alongside ornamental species that include Goldfish and Cod for sale in the Kenyan market.
