5 September 2015, Binguela, Cameroon - FAO Director-General José Graziano da Silva presents a student with a diploma for successful attendance at the agriculture training centre of Binguela, a township 32 km south west of Yaoundé, the capital. This center trains youth in agro- pastoral techniques, as well as opportunities to management and entrepreneurship in agribusiness.
