This Technical Cooperation Programme (TCP) project funded by the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations, started in October 1987 and is training field workers of the Institut d'à?evage in communication skills and the use of audio-visual materials in order to promote improved practices of animal health care and pasture management by rural stock owners.
