A group of trainees being instructed in integrated pest management techniques by an Indonesian training coordinator at the Agricultural Rural Farmers' Training Center (ARFTC). Knowledge and experience acquired in Indonesia is transmitted to farmers in Gambia through FAO's Partnership Programme.
