July 2022, Talafo?ou, Tongatapu, Tonga - Peni Tu?itupou (left) and Tevita Vaka (right) work together to maintain Peni's fish fence or A?ahi Pa, a system of keeping fish in one area until they are an appropriate size to catch. To build the fish fence, Peni had to meet all requirements from the Tongan Ministry of Fisheries to obtain a license.
