Preparing fish feed in an FAO aquaculture project in Issykul region, Kyrgyzstan. The FAO project Support to Fishery and Aquaculture Management in the Kyrgyz Republic provided training, fish fry, manuals, legal assistance to set up fishing associations, scholarships for advanced fisheries studies and so on. The project was funded by Finland.
