11 October 2011, Rome - Negotiations on the Voluntary Guidelines for the Responsible Governance of Tenure of Land, Fisheries and Forests were hosted by the Committee on World Food Security (CFS) in the context of National Food Security week. During the opening of the afternoon session, civil society representatives presented a statement of their position on land transfers to the CFS Chair Noel de Luna at the opening of the afternoon session, FAO headquarters (Red Room).
