12 February 2020, Mbour, Senegal - A fisherman off loads part of their catch, their fish will be sold locally and packed into refrigerated trucks for export. The Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations(FAO) is leading a project aiming to improve fisheries governance and management arrangements and strengthen the seafood value chain with a view to improving environmental, social and economic benefits from fisheries in three countries in West Africa (Cabo Verde, Cote d'Ivoire and Senegal).
