12 February 2020, Mbour, Senegal - A man watches as crates of fish are packed, counted and loaded into the trucks for distribution in country and outside the county. The Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations(FAO) is leading a project aiming to improve fisheries governance and management arrangements and strengthen the seafood value chain with a view to improving environmental, social and economic benefits from fisheries in three countries in West Africa (Cabo Verde, Cote d'Ivoire and Senegal).
