13 December 2021, Latina, Italy. Mizzoni Mirella, checks the degree of maturity, pH and hardness of organic tomatoes certified by Suolo e Salute (Reg CE 834/O7 and Reg. CE 889/08) through penetrometer PCE-PTR in the farm BioFerrandes. BIOFerrandes produces different types of vegetables and fruits. In this part of the year we have the possibility to document the harvest of the salad, the kohlrabi and the tomatoes in the greenhouse. We should also have the opportunity to photograph the pruning of the Kiwi trees and how the tomatoes are dried.
