13 December 2021, Latina, Italy. Workers of the company Bioferrandes prepare organic cherry tomatoes certified by the organism Suolo e Salute (Reg CE 834/O7 and Reg CE 889/08) for a slow oven drying inside the organic company BioFerrandes. BIOFerrandes produces different types of vegetables and fruits. In this part of the year we have the possibility to document the harvest of the salad, the kohlrabi and the tomatoes in the greenhouse. We should also have the opportunity to photograph the pruning of the Kiwi trees and how the tomatoes are dried.
