13 December 2021, Latina, Italy. Workers prune and tie the branches of the golden Kiwi certified organic by the agency Suolo e Salute (Reg CE 834/O7 and Reg CE 889/08) inside the BioFerrandes organic farm greenhouses. BIOFerrandes produces different types of vegetables and fruits. In this part of the year we have the possibility to document the harvest of the salad, the kohlrabi and the tomatoes in the greenhouse. We should also have the opportunity to photograph the pruning of the Kiwi trees and how the tomatoes are dried.
