13 December 2021, Latina, Italy. Workers take a lunch break inside a non-cultivated greenhouse of BioFerrandes organic farm. BIOFerrandes produces different types of vegetables and fruits. In this part of the year we have the possibility to document the harvest of the salad, the kohlrabi and the tomatoes in the greenhouse. We should also have the opportunity to photograph the pruning of the Kiwi trees and how the tomatoes are dried.
