21 January 2020, Taita, Kenya - Easther Kirigha is harvesting from the family garden the black nightshade greens that she will use for lunch. She is a member of "Green Rock", a farming group with 14 members, who have been taught on nutrition and the value of a variety of foods. As a result, they each have a kitchen garden for substance use, and also crops that they farm and sell as a group.
