23 November 2011, Guthi, India - A farmer and project participant recording data on a collective board as part of Crop Water Budgeting (CWB) which also aids the Groundwater Management Committee (GMC) in making decisions in the interest of water use efficiency and agricultural productivity. Under the CWB plan farmers collectively make their crop plans depending on water availability.
