27 August 2015, Svalbard, Norway - FAO Director-General José Graziano da Silva with Marie Haga, Executive Director of the Global Crop Diversity Trust at the entrance of the Svalbard Global Seed Vault, built to be a fail-safe seed storage facility and to withstand the test of time, as well as the challenge of natural or man-made disasters. The Seed Vault represents the world's largest collection of crop diversity.
