29 June 2022, Shkoder, Albania - Nuh Rexhaj, fisherman and Musa Hysa, biologist, move the nets where the juvenile fish are stored closer to the release area.
The action aims to gather knowledge from local fishers on restocking techniques of the carp (Cyprinus carpio) fish, considered as the "king of the Shkodra lake", transfer this knowledge to the younger generation and to replicate the repopulation activity in a wider area.
