29 June 2022, Shkoder, Albania - Nuh Rexhaj, fisherman, right and Musa Hysa, biologist, check on the juvenile fish one last time before releasing them into the lake.
The action aims to gather knowledge from local fishers on restocking techniques of the carp (Cyprinus carpio) fish, considered as the "king of the Shkodra lake", transfer this knowledge to the younger generation and to replicate the repopulation activity in a wider area.
