A national centre for agro-sylvo-pastoral training and watershed management has been rehabilitated and is targeted to teach, over a period of three years, 900 farmers, 180 extension workers and forest rangers and 45 agronomists and foresters, techniques in conservation-oriented upland farming, soil and water conservation and watershed management.
