Assistance to farmers affected by the October 2007 floods in the western and southern portions of Haiti - FAO Project: OSRO/HAI/708/EC. The primary objectives of the project are to help restart food production and rehabilitate the livelihoods of food-insecure rural families affected by the October 2007 floods, specifically through the repair of irrigation systems and the provision of agricultural inputs and livestock.
