Burma, 1957 - Mr. D.H. Panfield (U.K.), Grain Storage Specialist, was sent by FAO to Burma to supervise the implementation of a grain storage building program. He was mainly concerned with the technical aspects of managing and operating grain storage facilities, built and adapted to local conditions. This photograph shows a portable moisture tester.
