Jan Masaryk, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Czechoslovakia, opening the inaugural session of the International Timber Conference held in 1947 in Marianske Lazne. It was the first regional forestry conference organized by the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO).
