The project has worked in Siem Reap since 1995 on assisting the Government of Cambodia, Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fishery and Ministry of Environment in the process of handling management responsibility for forestry and fishery resources to local communities through organisation, training and facilitating the process with authorities and other stake holders.
