Lead caption: This jointly sponsored project of the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) and the Swedish International Development Authority (SIDA) is designed to teach modern techniques in agriculture and home economics to students at the University of Swaziland. Up-to-date methods of teaching are employed (including the use of visual aids) and the new techniques which are taught include poultry raising, carpentry, survey and research methods and textile manufacture. Part of the students' field work activities include conveying what they have learnt to the villagers.
