UTF/AFG/080/AFG: Under one of FAO's several Integrated Dairy Sector Development projects, provincial dairy plants were established. Here at the plant in Kabul, which is processing at maximum capacity, milk is tested for fat content before it is passed on for further processing into high-quality milk, butter, yogurt, or cheese.
